Fresh air

Each day used to blur into the next as I sat at my desk, drowning in deadlines and emails. It took a toll on both my mind and body. Then, one evening, as I struggled through another late night at work, a sharp pain in my back forced me to pause. That scare was a wake-up call. I realized I had to make a drastic change. I started with morning walks in a building then short jogs in the nearby park, feeling the cool dawn air filling my lungs, reviving me. These runs not only strengthened my body but also cleared my mind, helping me establish the boundaries I desperately needed at work.

I coped by integrating physical activity into my daily routine, which helped manage my stress levels significantly. I prioritized my health by scheduling these activities as non-negotiable appointments on my calendar.
