Wellnest is built on a simple principle: your privacy is absolute. We don't track you, we don't sell your data, and we don't use your stories for anything other than showing them to other users who might find them helpful.

What We Collect

For Anonymous Users (The Platform)

  • Stories you choose to share (completely anonymous)
  • No email, no name, no account required
  • No IP address logging
  • No device fingerprinting

For Corporate Contacts (This Website)

  • Company name and email (when you contact us)
  • Company size and message (optional)
  • Used only to respond to your inquiry
  • Never shared with third parties

Analytics & Product Insights

We use Microsoft Clarity for analytics to understand how people use Wellnest and which features are most helpful. This helps us improve the product and prioritize development.

Microsoft Clarity may collect:

  • Page views and navigation patterns
  • Click behavior and scroll depth
  • Device and browser information
  • General location (country/region level)

Important: While we use Clarity to understand product usage, your stories remain completely anonymous. Clarity cannot see the content of what you write or read—only that you interacted with the platform.

What We Don't Do

  • ❌ No selling or sharing of data with third parties
  • ❌ No advertising or tracking pixels
  • ❌ No social media integrations that track you
  • ❌ No employer access to employee stories
  • ❌ No performance metrics or engagement tracking on stories
  • ❌ No AI training on your personal stories

Data Storage & Security

Stories are stored securely using Supabase with industry-standard encryption. We use Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure data isolation and access control.

Corporate contact information is stored separately and only accessible to authorized team members for the purpose of responding to inquiries.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal information for the main platform, there's nothing to delete or export. Stories are anonymous by design.

If you've contacted us via the corporate form and want your information removed, please reach out through our contact form.

Changes to This Policy

We'll update this policy if our practices change. Any significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
